Mailchimp integration issue

Hi,

Mailchimp is properly working on our staging website. Please check the following screencast.

Here are the few suggestions to resolve the issue:

1) We suggest you to re-copy and paste your API key from your mail chimp account.

2) Some API does not work if there are symbols in the API call. We suggest you to use a new mail list with a mail list name that does not contain any symbol or punctuation marks.

3) While pasting the API key on Add-on settings page does it give any error? If yes, please tell me error. Please try to send me a screenshot of this page.

4) The next thing to do is to check for plugin conflict or theme conflict. To do this, disable all of the plugins all at once and enable one by one by checking which one is causing the conflict. If this does not resolve the issue, change the website’s theme to another theme and check whether the issue is resolved or not.

If all of these troubleshooting steps do not work. Then we will need to troubleshoot the issue by looking at the codes.

Hi,

We had login to check the quiz.

You have setup the contact wrongly. There is only one field that is used for Business.

There has to be a contact field with used for Name and contact field used for Email.

Please refer to the following screenshot for the details and setup accordingly.

You can only make changes to the label.

Contact field used for Business is for entering company name and not for collecting email address.

If you still have problem afterwards, please setup a staging website without any other third partly plugin and use a WordPress default theme. This is to eliminate the possibility of conflict with other third party software.
