    I purchased the “Export & Import” plugin but it turns out that what I needed was the “Reporting and Analysis” addon. Can you switch this in my account? I don’t need the “Export & Import” plugin.

    Hi Anthony,

    Sorry, but it is not possible to exchange the license key with another addon. We will refund you the amount for Export and Import plugin. After then you can buy the Reporting and Analysis addon.
