    Download the addon again from your account and also make sure that the QSM plugin is up to date.

    Actually, Our development team checked the addon for bug and it was working as per requirement. Please use the same and do let us know if you face any issue.

    Hiya I’m so sorry – there’s now another problem since I updated QSM – no emails are coming through at all and I notice on the results page (attached) that the email address is missing the @ symbol.

    I have updated QSM and uploaded the extra variables again
    I have switched off all plugins except QSM and it’s still not working
    I can’t see anything useful in the debug log
    WP is updated as are all plugins

    Do you have any idea? What else can I try??

    Hello Kriti,

    Thanks for your message. I’ve logged into my QSM account and the Extra Template variables is still showing as the same version number – 1.1.0. Is there a newer version to update to? Also in the WP admin there is no update showing for the QSM main plugin. How do I proceed?

    Hello Michelle,

    I have confirmed with dev there is no update in the extra template plugin. Our dev is saying all the templates are working proper.

    Can we have wp-admin details of your site so we can check properly?
