    Hello, I am using Extra Variables Question_Answer_Incorrect to display the answers to only the questions answered incorrectly on the quiz email to user/admin. The correct answer (YES) and answer provided (NO) is being displayed but not the question answer, which is very important too (please see attached). It’s displaying in the results on screen though at the end of the quiz (please see attached). Everything is updated on our site, the URL is clinlegal.com.au.

    I am unable to understand the issue as both the screens are showing correct information. Please confirm what I am missing here.

    Hello, the problem is this: until recently, the Correct Answer Info stored with the questions was displaying properly in the email that the user gets after completing the quiz, but now it it not displaying at all. So the email that I attached earlier is all they see – when they should also see the information highlighted in the attachment i am sending now. If i change the variable to just QUESTIONS_ANSWERS the Correct Answer Info does display, but that’s not the variable we want. Does that make sense??

    Hi,

    The QUESTIONS_ANSWERS template variable shows information regarding all the questions and the Question_Answer_Incorrect variable displays info only regarding the questions that are answered incorrectly.

    %QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% – Shows the question, the answer the user provided, and the correct answer.

    Whereas, %QUESTION_ANSWER_INCORRECT% – This variable shows all questions and answers for questions the user got incorrect.

    Hello again. The problem is that the Correct Answer Info IS NOT SHOWING for the variable %QUESTION_ANSWER_INCORRECT% on the user / admin email (see attached). It is very important that it shows.

    It was working until recently – please can you take a look and see what the problem is? If it helps, you can take our quiz here https://clinlegal.com.au/legal-health-check/ and answer NO to a couple of the questions, input your email address and you will see – there is no Correct Answer Info displayed on the email that you will receive.

    Hello, thanks so much for your email. Do I just need to update the main QSM? Or do I need to download the extra variables addon again and reinstall it?
