    Every one of my pages that has a quiz included comes up as a blank white page. No error, just white page here is an example https://www.kaysanders.com/awakentoempower-guest-questionnaire/
    I took the code for the quiz out of the page and it was loding the page just fine but when I include the quiz code it goes to the white page. I even deactivated the plugin and reactivated it to see if there is maybe a glitch but it still comes up with a blank page.
    Does anyone have the same problem? Any idea how to solve the problem?

    Hi,

    Welcome to the QSM Pro Support forum. Hope you are doing well.

    I opened the link which you have shared with me in the query above. It gave me Error 500, which is a server response time error. It seems like QSM is having a conflict with another plugin/theme on your website. To find the conflicting plugin, try disabling all the plugins at once and then enable them one by one to find out the conflicting one.

    If this does not solve the problem, try switching your website’s theme to a basic WordPress theme to look for the issue. Please take a backup of your website before switching the website’s theme.

    How can that be if I have used the same plugins for months wihtout any problems, it just started happening recently.

    Did your problem solve after checking for the plugin conflict?

    No it did not. I had to recreate my forms with a different plugin because no matter what I tried, the pages stayed blank.
