Why are all replys from support marked as “private”?

    A forum is a great way to find new information, but lately it seems like support mark all replys as private… why?
    Some of the questiones and answeres might be usefull for someone else….

    Actually, our primary customer service executive is on maternity leave. I am Varun and I am handling all the support tickets these days.
