Mitch JavidiParticipantI have a quiz that has 12 questions but no matter how you answer it always gives a 20% score.

Kriti SharmaKeymasterHi Mitch,
Welcome to QSM Pro Support. Hope you are doing well.
Please provide me the URL of your quiz page so that I can test it out.

Mitch JavidiParticipantI have sent url and login info twice and checked “Set as Private Reply” for security reasons. I don’t see a record of anything posted here in this forum post. Can you confirm if you have received or can we communicate outside this forum as the quiz requires the user to be logged in to access it.

Kriti SharmaKeymasterNo, I haven’t received any information regarding credentials from your side. You can also send me the credentials at [email protected]

Kriti SharmaKeymasterHi,
I have forwarded your concern to the development team.

Kriti SharmaKeymasterHi,
The issue is with the blank empty space at the end of the answers.
We removed blank empty space from all answers and we are able to score 100% now.
Kind Regards,
KritiDecember 31, 2019 at 4:13 pm #1723
Mitch JavidiParticipantKriti, please clarify further. Is this an issue of users leaving a blank space at the end of their input answers in the quiz form? If so, how do we prevent that from happening? If not a user input issue, is this an problem with the Q&S plugin that has been or will be addressed in an update?

Mitch JavidiParticipantKitri, also please clarify – the quiz questions are not textfield open answers, they are check boxes. How is an empty space being left at the end of answers?

Kriti SharmaKeymasterHi,
The problem wasn’t at the user’s end. It was at the admin end. It happened when you entered the answers in the answers fields, you had accidentally hit space key at the end of the answers.
So my advice to you is, do not enter space at the end/front of the answers.

Alex BlastParticipantSo here’s what happened, I promised myself I’d save enough for a proper desk setup and avoid pointless spending. While browsing a forum with other players from Canada, I ended up trying vegas hero without big expectations. I chose Gates of Olympus, ran into a frustrating series of losses, stayed patient, then took a slightly bigger risk and caught a win that felt earned. It ended on a positive note, which is why I’d recommend it quietly.

Edward ThomasParticipantAll I’m saying is this: if you’ve never tried Movie Box Download, you’re definitely missing out. It’s up to you now to download it and see for yourself why I say that.

Oliver JParticipantI had that same glitch with a quiz a while back—12 questions, kept giving me 20% no matter what I picked. Drove me crazy until I realized the answer key was mapped wrong in the system. Before you waste more time, check if the quiz is actually being graded manually or if it’s an auto-score error. Sometimes these platforms just break. On a different note, while trying to figure out my own issue, I ended up reading a detailed breakdown at https://888starzsomalia.net/ where you can find an honest review of 888starz Somalia—it covers their game selection, deposit options, and mobile app setup. No play, just info. My advice? Screenshot your quiz results and email the instructor directly. That fixed it for me.

Casee 1830ParticipantIn quiz systems, inconsistent score display can sometimes confuse users when they expect clearer feedback after submission, especially when only a single score value is shown. Visual presentation also plays a role because screen warmth and contrast can influence how easily users interpret results and focus on key elements. Tools like Color Studio temperature adjuster can help fine tune these visual settings so the interface feels more balanced and easier to read without changing the actual scoring logic.
