    Hi Kriti,

I have a couple of questions:

When a user tries to take the survey again, we want to be able to keep their user details so when they go back to the start they do not have to enter them again. Is this possible or would the Save & Resume plugin provide this functionality?

Secondly with the Certificate we would like it to be Portrait rather than landscape (not my choice). Is this possible?

    Many thanks.

I have found the solution to the Portrait/Landscape setting (by tweaking generate-certificate.php), though now they changed their mind and went back to Landscape…

So I just need to know the info about keeping the user details if they fail and retake the test please.

    Many thanks.

    Hi there,

Wondering if there was an answer to my question:

When a user tries to take the survey again, we want to be able to keep their user details so when they go back to the start they do not have to enter their details again. Is this possible to save them or would the Save & Resume plugin provide this functionality?

    Thank you.

    Hi Andy,

Welcome to QSM Pro Support forum. Hope you are doing well.

For logged in users, you can follow the below steps:

You need set the ‘Disable autofill for contacts’ to ‘no’.

Then, to retrieve the contact information, you will either have to ‘Should we ask for the user’s name? (Only here for older versions. Use Contact tab for this.)’ , ‘ Should we ask for users business? (Only here for older versions. Use Contact tab for this.)’,
‘Should we ask for email? (Only here for older versions. Use Contact tab for this.)’, ‘Should we ask for phone number? (Only here for older versions. Use Contact tab for this.)’ to ‘Yes’.

Or you will have to set up the contact info using ‘Contact’ tab for this.

For non-logged in users, this is not possible. They will have to enter the data again. Save and Resume plugin saves the data in the form of session id and not as separate fields.

    Regards,
    Kriti

Maintaining user details for repeat surveys is a common goal, and using the Save & Resume plugin or an authenticator is an excellent way to prevent redundant data entry. These tools allow respondents to bypass the initial setup and dive straight into the questions earn money now. For those seeking a similar streamlined experience in their leisure time, apkdamus is a top-tier destination to download the latest online gaming apps. In Riyadh, keeping majlis areas clean can be a challenge with all the dust, especially during sandstorm season. Regular vacuuming and airing out the space really helps, and deep cleaning carpets a couple of times a year makes a noticeable difference. If anyone is looking into professional options for tougher stains, you can check them here: you can check them here, as I found some useful info there.

Certificate orientation thing made me laugh though – classic client changing their mind after you already coded the fix haha, we’ve all been there. Speaking of needing a break after wrestling with PHP files all day – I discovered gaming as my go-to stress reliever after long coding sessions. My teammate Prabin introduced me to the Mostbet app https://mostbet-nepal.com/app/ during one particularly brutal sprint last year, we were stuck on a similar WordPress plugin issue till 8pm and he just said “enough, let’s play something.” Now it’s our evening ritual after work, quick Aviator rounds or a cricket bet while we complain about client requests. Genuinely the best way to decompress after staring at code all day, way better than doom scrolling.
