    Hello,

I was hoping to continue this conversation on the original email thread that has already been created on the issue, but the old support email redirected me to here. Before proceeding forward with my issues, I want to make clear that this is an internal issue within our WordPress page and cannot be examined via a public quiz link. In other words, taking the quiz will not reveal the issue at hand, the issue can only be viewed by looking at our site internal. I of course would not like to share any login information via a public forum to continue the resolution of my long standing problem with this plugin.

I’m posting to inform you that the issue that was meant to be resolved in your third quarter update has in fact not been resolved. I run into the same exact issue as before where the results pages will not save due to unknown issues. It seems as though the capacity of results pages is maxed out.

I can find my own work around but the issue of advertising unlimited results pages seems to still remain as false. I am happy to work with you on a way to resolve this, but right now it seems that we purchased a years license for a product that was advertised as being more than it realistically is.

This is the only thing holding up our non-profit from launching our free financial literacy assessment and is cause quite a headache with the team. Again, I’m happy to work with you to resolve this problem, but I would describe this experience as frustrating.

Additionally, upon looking through the support thread, it seems that the results output is an issue for many users and all of the solutions, such as deactivating plugins, like reCaptcha, has not resolved this issue.

I appreciate your time in helping us attempt to resolve this thus far, and look forward to finding a suitable compromise.

    Thank you dearly,
    Jack

    Hello Jack,

I wrote you a reply already over email support. Here’s the copy:

I am sorry for the long delay. I didn’t mean to. But I have been having a nasty eye infection.

Try increasing php_value max_input_vars value in your site’s .htaccess file. Try to set it to 4000

    https://stackoverflow.com/questions/10303714/php-max-input-vars

Let me know how it resolves the issue.

    Regards,
    Kharis
