    Hi, When someone takes my survey, the answers are not recorded on the Results page. It is blank. Please help

    Hi,

    Welcome to QSM Pro Support Forum. Hope you are doing well.

    The 2nd screenshot refers to template for Admin Results Details and not for ‘Results page’ text for Users.

    For this go to ‘Results page’ tab under the individual quiz’s settings and paste %QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% template variable to show results to the users.

    Yes, there are no results being recorded on the Results page, either. See screenshot.

    Hi,

    I logged in to your website and noticed that the Question_Answer template variable was empty under text tab of the quiz settings. I configured it and the answers are being recorded now(screenshot attached).

    If the survey submissions are not appearing on the Results page, I’d first check whether the survey is configured to save responses and whether any recent plugin, theme, or caching changes were made. It may also help to submit a test response and verify that it is being stored in the database. Official Website
