I created 5 questions and multiple answer and it worked (quiz=1). I created a second quiz with ten questions and multiple answers. Initially everything was fine bu now my question and answers from the second quiz have overwritten my questions and answers from quiz=1. Is this a bug?

So I decided to re enter the questions for the first quiz. Now those questions have overwritten the questions from the second quiz. Is this a bug or feature (that is turned on by default).

    Hi Ralph,

Welcome to QSM Pro Support! Hope you are doing good!

Can you please share your website’s credentials so that I can have a look at the issue. As we haven’t faced any such issue till now so I need to check the cause of it.

    Regards,
    Kriti

Thanks for the offer but I prefer not to give acces to my system unless it’s absolutely needed. The problem was maybe caused when I duplicated a quiz. I created a new one from scratch and up until now it works again.

Can you tell me why the report that is send to the customers mail address shows data like: “Answer Provided, Correct Answer, Comments Entered” Even when there is no data to display? It makes the mail unnecessary large and cluttered with useless information.

    Best regards, Ralph

I would say the following is logical: When there is no correct answer defined in the admin panel the text: “Correct answer:” should not be displayed. When the comment field is set to none “Comments Entered:” should not be displayed. When no answer is given by the customer the report should say something like: No answer provided. Let me know if I’m missing something.

    Hi Ralph,

You can remove %QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% template variable from the email template and use other available template variables from the list. %QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% template variable ‘Shows the question, the answer the user-provided, and the correct answer’.

And we will work on the correct answer and comments entered field when there is no correct answer defined in the admin panel & when the comment field is set to none.

    Regards,
    Kriti
