    Am a newby with this plugin.

    I have left conditions empty as suggested in the Emails Tab to ensure I receive an email every time that a survey I created is submitted.Why am I not receiving ANY emails after four submits??

    I wanted NO emails to users and an email to the ADMIN each time a survey was submitted.

    Hi John,

    I am not able to visit the link you shared above. But for your requirement, you just need to put your email id in the Email field and remove %USER_EMAIL% template variable from the email field.

    I’ve set up my email alerts as advised, leaving conditions empty in the Emails tab, yet no notifications after four survey submissions. Have you checked if the survey’s ‘f111’ status is correctly set to trigger emails on each submission? Perhaps the issue lies in the ‘f111’ configuration, which might not be linked to the email alert system as intended on F11 Bet . Let’s ensure the ‘f111’ settings are aligned with your email notification preferences.
