    Hi,

    I purchased QSM Premium bundle especially to build Math quizzes. However, I encountered several issues with several features. Following is the list of issues I am having.

    Issues:
    1. Results Summary page is not displaying the Math problems (with LaTex) correctly and wrongly scoring for questions with LaTex answers. This is very critical for me as my website is exclusively for Math problems.
    2. The alignment of the answers (with LaTex) on the quiz is very off.
    3. When Recaptcha enabled, Quiz Submit button is not working. It is letting me click on the Submit button, but results page is never loaded.
    4. When “Save & Resume” plugin is activated, the “Retake Test” button is disappearing.
    5. “Save & Resume” feature is not working as expected. Reload button is not always loading the latest responses.
    6. Retake Test function is not working as expected.
    4.1 It is not displaying the Math problems (with LaTex) correctly when clicked on the Retake Quiz link.
    4.2 Retake Quiz is only redirecting to the Quiz home page once. It is staying on the results summary page on the subsequent attempts.

    I would like to add one more issue to the list.

    7. On the Quiz confugration page, “Rich Answers” are not being retained. They are automatically being converted to “Text Answers”.

    Hello there,

    Let’s address this first issue first. So we can track progress easier.

    Please share us a link to your quiz, so we can try it directly. If possible, please share username and password to your site’s admin area to allow us replicate your quiz. Use private reply to securely share the login credentials.

    Hello there,

    We found it is a bug that we have to work on and fix in the next version update. At this time, you can use Jetpack plugin. After installing and activating jetpack plugin, go to it’s settings to enable latex markup language. Refer to this documentation for additional information.

    In quiz content use Jetpack’s latex shortcode to print equation in latex markup. For example: 

    
[latex s=4 bg=fff fg=000]\sqrt{25}[/latex]

    We have tested it already and it should be working for you as well. See this screencast.
