    When I’ve tried make a new survey I’ve received the error code 0001.

    Error! There has been an error in this action. Please share this with the developer. Error Code: 0001

    How can I fix it?

    Hello there,

    Are you running latest versions both WordPress and QSM plugin? If updating doesn’t help fix the issue, please share use admin login access. Share username and pasword to your site’s admin area along with admin login URL in private reply.
