    You documentation regarding the email tab (https://quizandsurveymaster.com/docs/creating-quizzes-and-surveys/setting-up-emails/) indicates fields to set the “From Name” and “Admin Email.” My version of QSM (6.4.2) does not have those options. Quiz results are being sent to the web developer, and emails are not being sent to quiz-takers even though the email is set up.

    Can you please help us with this?

    It sounds like the documentation you’re referring to might be for a newer (or different) version of QSM than the one you’re running. In QSM 6.4.2, the email tab may not show “From Name” and “Admin Email” fields if those settings were introduced after that version. This mismatch can definitely cause delivery issues where results go to the developer but not quiz-takers.
