    I want users to download the certificate upon succesful completion of quiz

    Actually I want the students to either get the certificate just after the exam else the certificate to be emailed automatically to respective participants after successful completion of the exams. How this can be achieved, your inputs are highly appreciated.

    Have you added %CERTIFICATE_LINK% into the result page?

    You may want to read the documentation once again.
