    ive purchased the google sheets addon and it doesnt work.
    wont retrieve any data to the assigned sheet beside the headers.
    can you please reply me to my mail?

    Hi,

    It is working properly. Please check the following settings:

    1) In the Addon settings. Check that you have entered a valid google access code. Click on get code and following on-screen instructions to approve the app.

    2) Create a google sheet in your google drive and copy the name into your quiz option, enter the tab name too.

    yes’
    i did the exact same thing.
    your app is not verified by google chrome so it showed me a warning page,i proceed,entered the code, approved,added the sheet,name, and tab as showen exactly.
    it doesnt work.

    Hi,

    I request you to please check for any plugin/theme conflict on your website. To do this disable all the plugins at once and enable them one by one by checking which one is creating the problem. Also, change your website theme to a default WordPress theme to check whether it isn’t creating the problem.

    sorry,
    i cant disable all my plugins since it there are need to be working and could cause a problem when reactivating.and as well as my theme, i can’t switch to default and even if the problem is in my theme i cant replace it with another template.i would appreciate a refund.
