    hi there. I have an update to QSM google sheet connector, it says view update 2.0.1 that an automatic update isn’t available.

    but when I click on the link, it’s prompting a fee.

    I have the premium package, and gooogle sheet connector is included, why is it prompting me to pay?

    we are using google suit but it is showing errors like below the screen shot

    Hi Kriti,

    I did respond in an email.

    I guess I have to respond here. I am still having the issue .

    here is what is happening:

    when I click to install the update I am still prompted to buy it. I don’t see where i can click “Advanced link”

    I only see this:

    Hi Lena,

    As we aren’t experiencing this issue at our end, I request you to please share the admin credentials of your website so that we can check the issue.

    You can also manually download the plugin from the qsm website by logging in to your account.

    “I don’t see where i can click “Advanced link””

    After activating the plugin, go to Addon settings and then get the Google code. Then you will see the Advanced link to get the Google code.

    I’m having the same issue with the QSM Google Sheet connector update — it shouldn’t ask for a fee if it’s already part of the premium package. It kind of reminds me of how people look for deneme bonusu veren siteler to get access without paying upfront, but here we’ve already paid for the full experience! Hopefully, support can clarify why the update link is prompting for payment.
