    QSM Flashcards keeps prompting for an update to Version 1.1.0 even though it’s already updated to Version 1.1.0.

    Click Update and the issue appears to be resolved until the browser is refreshed when the issue reappears.

    Hi, I had the same problem. My workaround was to delete the original plugin (rather than update) and then upload the new plugin version manually after downloading from the QSM site.

    That is just a workaround though, but it may help if you need to get it done quickly.

    Hi Kriti, I’ve decided to deactivate QSM Flashcards for now since I won’t be adding Flashcards to my site for another month or more. This should give your team enough time to resolve the issue.

    Hi Tony,

    Our billing team has checked that you are using the license key provided by them. If you are still using the same key, please share it with us. So that we can check is there any issue with the license key?
