    I have recently installed QSM to create math quizzes for students. When I click on “Add New” I receive the following error:

    “Error! There has been an error in this action. Please share this with the developer. Error Code: 0001”

    I have tried fixing the issue by following these instructions:

    None of those worked.

    The website is called: Directhub.net and it is built on google cloud shared hosting.

    Hi Farouq,

    Please update your QSM plugin to the latest if you’re still running the older one. And also ensure your site’s server meets these minimum requirements: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/.
