Is there any way that I can show the stats of a survey (I bought the add on) via shortcode live on my website . . . so my visitors can follow the survey?

    Hi there,

Welcome to Qsm Pro Support Forum. Hope you are having a great day.

With Reporting and analysis addon, you can use this shortcode %QSM_PIECHART_RESULT_QUESTION_ID% on the results page to show the stats of the survey. Please check the following article: https://quizandsurveymaster.com/docs/add-ons/reporting-analysis/

    Regards,
    Kriti

    Hi Kriti,

Thank you for your response, but I am still at a loss.

I followed the article which states to insert %QSM_PIECHART_RESULT_QUESTION_ID% into the results page but to replace QUESTION_ID with mine. My Question ID is [ ID: 1 ].

Could you please send me the shortcode of how the line should look like to get the pie chart for my question? I tried, but can’t seem to get it.

    Thank you so much,

    M.

    Hi,

If the question I’d is 1, then the template variable should be %QSM_PIECHART_RESULT_1%. This will display the pie chart for this question. But you must have Reporting and analysis plugin installed for this functionality.

    Kriti

    Hi Kriti,

Here is another problem: If I insert the codes for the results for each question for a piechart into the results page, only ONE piechart will show up. Why? I want all results in piechart to show up in the results page.

Here is the code I inserted into the results page:

    %QSM_PIECHART_RESULT_1%
    %QSM_PIECHART_RESULT_2%
    %QSM_PIECHART_RESULT_3%

    ——————————————–

On the other hand, if I insert:
    %POLL_RESULTS_1%
    %POLL_RESULTS_2%
    %POLL_RESULTS_3%

All poll results show up perfect in this format . . .

Thank you for all your help!

    M.

    Hi:

    Thank you for your support.

I actually can’t believe that a basic function like this is not functioning correctly in a paid version.

Time for us is of the essence on our side.

    Thank you!

    M.

We have fixed the issue in the latest plugin update. Now you can show pie charts for all the questions as per your requirement.

Feel free to ask any question if you have any doubt.
