Category score not working

    Hello,

    The score per category is not working. Only the total score works. The categories are defined and questions are using these categories.
    All of the scores are showing 0 in the email except for the total score.

    This is the email template:

    Totale Score: %POINT_SCORE%
    Categorie Detectie: %CATEGORY_SCORE_Detectie%
    Categorie Reactie: %CATEGORY_SCORE_Reactie%
    Categorie Herstel: %CATEGORY_SCORE_Herstel%

    Hi Coen,

    Welcome to Qsm Pro Support Forum. Hope you are having a great day.

    The %CATEGORY_SCORE_X% is working as per requirements. The variable checks for the percentage of the correct answers, the user has provided. So, the quiz must be graded as Corect/Incorrect based and not Points based.

    However, %CATEGORY_POINTS_X% works on the basis of points added for particular answers. So this variable works for Points based graded quizzes. If you want to add the points of given answers per category, this variable will fulfill your issue.

    Thanks for the reply. I changed the template to:

    Totale Score: %POINT_SCORE%
    Categorie Detectie: %CATEGORY_POINTS_Detectie%
    Categorie Reactie: %CATEGORY_POINTS_Reactie%
    Categorie Herstel: %CATEGORY_POINTS_Herstel%

    But now I only get the points from the first category. All the questions in the other categories are also based on points.
    Do you have any idea?

    Hi Coen,

    I request you to share the admin credentials of your website so that I can the quizz’s settings.

    Make sure to set the message as private before sharing the credentials.
