[email protected]ParticipantHi! I’ve just renewed the subscription but I cannot update the plugins or add-on through WordPress. I must go to you website, log in, download and finally install the update manually. There is 11 plugins to update (not all at the same time but I need to check regularly to update them). Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thank you.

Kriti SharmaKeymasterHi helene,
I need to talk to the development team regarding this issue. I will be right back once I hear back from them.

Kriti SharmaKeymasterHi, I have talked to the development team. You need to update the license key in order to download the add-ons from WordPress dashboard.

[email protected]ParticipantUpdate the licence key! So everytime I will renew I will need to do so? How should I proceed?

Kriti SharmaKeymasterYes, everytime you renew the license. You will be provided with a new license key. You will have to replace the old key with the new one.

[email protected]ParticipantI found the licence key but I can’t find where I should set it in the component setting, help or else. I tried every menu.
The renewal process is not as simple as usual with other component. Normally, I don’t have to change the licence key when I renew. If I have to set up a licence key, there is a clear indication where to set it. Here, I paid the renewal but no clue for what’s next. Please, tell me where to setup the licence key in the component.

Kriti SharmaKeymasterTo enter the license key, Go to Addon Settings. Here you will see a separate tab for every addon you have bought. Just put the license key under each tab. All your addons will get activated and then you will be able to update them from your dashboard(screenshot attached).

[email protected]ParticipantGot it. I hope I will remember in a year for the next renewal… unless you simplify the process in the meantime.

alex arafatParticipantThat sounds frustrating! One thing you could try is checking your file permissions and ensuring that your WordPress installation has the correct access rights to update plugins. Sometimes, issues like this can be fixed by resetting the file permissions or disabling conflicting plugins. Another possibility is clearing your browser cache or deactivating your security plugins temporarily to see if they’re causing the issue. Meanwhile, I’ve been exploring iCalculadoraOnline for quick financial and conversion calculations—it’s been a huge time-saver with its wide range of tools all in one place, and it might just help streamline some of my own tasks!

fas taxaaParticipantI understand your frustration with the manual plugin update process. While you’re dealing with that, have you considered using your downtime to explore some engaging online mobile games like ‘3 Patti Lucky’? It’s a thrilling card game that’s perfect for quick breaks of web link . As for your WordPress issue, I’d suggest reaching out to their support for a potential solution.

alex arafatParticipantHi! I had a similar issue after renewing my subscription. In my case, automatic updates never started working again, so I had to keep logging into the vendor site, downloading updates, and installing them manually. It became a hassle with multiple plugins to monitor. While dealing with that, I was also updating other software and came across roccats.net/roccat-headset while looking at gaming headset reviews. I’d recommend contacting the plugin developer’s support team to check whether your license is properly connected to your site and if automatic updates are enabled on their end.

alex arafatParticipantHey, I had the same issue with WordPress plugins where updates wouldn’t push through the dashboard, and I had to manually download each one until I enabled auto-updates + rechecked my license keys and everything synced properly again.
It reminded me of when I was planning best sicily tours and found Sicilian Wonders, which handled everything like guided experiences and full travel coordination—made things feel seamless instead of doing everything step by step manually like these plugin updates 😅
