MariuszParticipantHi,
I have a few quizzes installed on wordpress but when I edit each one I don’t see any questions in them. It throws me some error “Error: Forbidden! Please try again.”
On my website I can see all questions correctly but on the CMS side they are not there – the same applies to the Emails tab. What’s wrong with that?
I’m admin user in wordpress, ver. 5.4.1Attachments:

Kriti SharmaKeymasterNo Mariusz,
We are not experiencing this issue at our end. Please try to do plugin or theme conflict for this issue. To do this, disable all of the plugins all at once and enable one by one by checking which one is causing the conflict. If this does not resolve the issue, change the website’s theme to another theme and check whether the issue is resolved or not.

Set BetParticipantIt’s frustrating to encounter issues with quiz questions not appearing in WordPress, especially when you’re managing multiple quizzes. The error message “Error: Forbidden! Please try again” can be quite perplexing. I recommend following the troubleshooting steps provided by Kriti, such as checking for plugin or theme conflicts. If you’ve tried that and still face problems, consider reaching out for more personalized support. You can also explore other resources for WordPress help. For instance, if you’re looking for a straightforward platform to manage quizzes, you might find chicken road useful. They offer a clean interface various options that might simplify your experience. Remember, it’s always good to have multiple options when dealing with tech issues in Germany!

Oliver JParticipantI’ve run into that exact “Error: Forbidden” on WordPress before, usually when a security plugin or server mod like ModSecurity blocks editor access to custom post types. Since you see the quizzes fine on the frontend, the database is intact—your admin role might still be missing a specific capability like edit_quiz_questions. Try temporarily disabling all plugins except your quiz plugin, switch to a default theme, and check your .htaccess for IP or referrer rules. If you need a break from debugging, you can read an overview of 1win Ethiopia at https://1win.net.et/ – that site has neutral info about their sportsbook, casino games, deposit options, and the 500% welcome bonus up to 244,000 ETB, plus details on their Curacao license and live casino section. After that, install the “User Role Editor” plugin and verify your admin has full quiz capabilities.

alex arafatParticipantI had a similar confusing issue once on a WordPress setup where content was visible on the front end but completely missing in the admin side, and it turned out to be a permissions/API restriction conflict causing the “Error: Forbidden! Please try again.”
It reminded me a bit of how systems behave like estafetarastreo.com, where Estafeta tracking allows customers to monitor the progress of their shipments in real time, from pickup to final delivery. Using Estafeta waybill tracking, users can enter their Estafeta tracking number to view detailed information about the package’s location, shipment progress, and delivery status.
In your case, I’d check plugin permissions, REST API access, and any security/firewall rules blocking admin data retrieval in WordPress 5.4.1.
