Good afternoon. We’ve recently installed QSM, and I built a survey. In testing, I noticed that the results for multiple choice and multiple response questions weren’t always showing up. All the fields on the survey are required, and I documented each answer — but the answers don’t always appear in the results. It’s inconsistent as well — some answers show up for one submission, but not on the next. I did look through the support forum and saw that answers with a space after them will cause problems, so I verified there are no spaces after each of the answers on the survey. There were none, and unfortunately, the problem still exists. I’ve created an admin account for you on our site, so please let me know how to securely get you the login information.

    Thank you!

    Hi Tim,

We had imported the quiz on our staging website.

We noticed that you are using QSM version 6.4, please update to current version and see if the issue is fixed.

If not, please try doing plugin and theme conflict. To check which plugin is causing the conflict, try disabling all the plugins at once and then enable them one by one to find out the conflicting one. Try switching to a different theme to find out the whether theme is causing the conflict or not.

    Thank you
    Kriti
