I am using QSM and some of its paid extensions in my website http://www.pilot18.com . One of the quizzes is accessible here: https://www.pilot18.com/atpl-cpl-aviation-meteorology-online-trial-exam-questions-dgca-pilot-trainees/ .
The issue is, once we answer all questions and click submit button, the result page appears. ANSWER PROVIDED is not shown correctly in all questions. In some questions, it is showing BLANK, even if it is answered. I tried with many exams and it is happening again and again. Instead of showing the answer provided, it is simply blank. It happens with only some random questions and not with all questions.

Please make sure that you have used %Questions_Answers% template variable on the results page as well as configured it under ‘Text’ tab of the quiz’s settings. If you have already used this template variable on the places mentioned above, then please share your admin login details with me so that I can look into the issue.

This issue is caused by empty spaces at the end of the answer input.

Due to the empty spaces, QSM is not picking up the user-selected answer and does not record it in the results.
Our developer will fix this issue in the next version update. Meanwhile, I suggest you to please remove empty blank space at the end of the answers.

After submitting the quiz, the result page loads but the “ANSWER PROVIDED” field is randomly blank for some questions even though they were clearly answered. It keeps happening across different exams, so it doesn’t look like a one-off bug.
By the way, while handling some admin-related tasks recently, I also checked how people can order psa birth certificate online through the official PSA system—available 24/7, no appointment needed, and accessible from anywhere, even outside the Philippines.

On my side, I once ran into something similar while setting up a psa online appointment guide on my site, and the issue was fixed after clearing cache and rechecking the result mapping fields inside the plugin settings. It might be worth testing those areas first before digging deeper into extensions or database logs.

It reminded me of using 3uRemote—just like 3uRemote lets you monitor and control iOS devices remotely with full accuracy, it would be great if QSM could reliably show every answer provided. For now, double-checking question settings or updating the plugin sometimes helps, but having a tool that tracks everything consistently, like 3uRemote does for devices, would make this much easier.
