    Why my quiz just loading after submit? How to solve this problem?

    Hi Imam,

    Welcome to Qsm Pro Support Forum. Hope you are having a great day.

    As we aren’t experiencing this issue at our end. I request you to please check for plugin or theme conflict.

    To do this, disable all of the plugins at once and enable them one by one by checking which one is causing the conflict. If this does not resolve the issue, change the website’s theme to another theme and check whether the issue is resolved or not.

    If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please provide us the admin credentials of your website so that we can look into the issue.

    When I deactivate all plugins and I activate again there is no problem in each plugin. Then after a few hours, the obstacle repeats itself. The quiz results page is only loading, what problems am I facing?

    in addition, I set the quiz only for one time, but when I finish working on the quiz then refresh the quiz page, I can still do the same quiz. But when I log out and log in again there is a quiz statement that can only be done once, how to solve this problem?

    Hi Imam,

    I just took 3 quizzes on your website and all were able to show the results page. I am also attaching screenshots with my response.

    You might be experiencing cache issue with your response. I request you to please clear the browser cache before loading the quiz.

    Διαβάζοντας για τα τεχνικά προβλήματα με τα plugins και τα θέματα μου θύμισε πώς κι εγώ χρειάζομαι μικρές στιγμές χαλάρωσης όταν τα πράγματα γύρω μου γίνονται πολύπλοκα.     Thanks for the helpful guidance! It’s crucial to eliminate plugin and theme conflicts first; it often resolves many common issues. Also, have you considered testing the website under different conditions, like on various browsers? By the way, while troubleshooting, I find playing wordle unlimited is a great way to take a break and refresh my mind! Looking forward to hearing more updates on this issue.
