Hi,
I recently purchased and added the Mailchimp integration for this plugin according to this article: https://quizandsurveymaster.com/docs/integrations/mailchimp/
The quiz works, but doesn’t add to my mailchimp list. Am I missing something?

Please check that you are not having any error like in the screenshot below. And also Mailchimp integration must enabled for that quiz under quizz’s settings.

There is no error code – it is set up and has pulled in my newsletter name, but it won’t add them to my mail chimp account.On the settings, do I have to add it to the template? I don’t see an area where I can enable mail chimp in the main settings (screenshots attached)

It is not loading in WordPress admin after we had login.

It is not possible for us to troubleshoot on the live site as it is not loading in admin.
As for the front end. The extreme slow loading may cause problem in sending quiz data to mail chimp.
Please setup a staging website on your web server.
In the staging website install only QSM plugin and QSM mailchimp addon plugin.
Try setting up quiz with mail chimp, if you still experience issue.
Please give us the access of your staging website.

Thank you, but it still doesn’t work. I didn’t clarify that the quiz I’m using is the Digestive Health Quiz (not the #2).
The contact fields are set, my newsletter is selected and double opt in is off. When I take the quiz, I receive all the emails I have set up but still doesn’t add to mailchimp.

Please troubleshoot as follows.
1) Disable all third party plugins when testing so as to eliminate the possibility of plugin conflict.
2) I can see that you are testing repeatedly with the same email address.
Please do not test repeatedly with the same email address as mailchimp’s firewall may block that email address as spam and you would not know it.
3) Do not test with fake email address such as [email protected]
4) In your mail chimp account, please note that any email address recorded in the mailing list or set as archive, cannot be use for testing again. Unless you permanently deleted it from the list.
5) According to our developer, we have release a new version of mailchimp addon, Please try to update to this version and try again.
If the above mention does not work, we will need access to your mail chimp account for proper testing, please provide us answers to your security question.
