    Installed the Sync with Google Sheets Addon and it does not work, it is loading at the end of the exam and does not show the results page, nor does any data reach the spreadsheet.
    I have already increased the memory limit of the php, checked the speed of the site. Everything is correct and does not work.

    I need help please.

    We are experiencing an internal server error with Google sheet connector. So we made a bug report for this. Our developers will try to fix this bug soon.

    I have updated to the latest version and it works correctly, I no longer have a problem at the end of the test, it shows the results page and exports the contact data to Google correctly.

    It sounds like the addon is failing right at the submission stage, which is why the results page won’t load and no data is sent to Google Sheets. Even if memory limits and site speed are fine, the issue is often related to expired Google API credentials, incorrect OAuth redirect URLs, or a plugin conflict. Try reconnecting the Google account, regenerating API keys, and temporarily disabling caching or security plugins to rule out blocked requests. Enabling WP_DEBUG may also expose hidden errors.
