    Hi there,

    I have my quiz working and generating a certificate correctly. However, for some reason the certificate background is not appearing on the PDF.

    I know that the URL is correct as I have it here: https://www.architecturetoday.co.uk/certificate/certificate.jpg

    The image dimensions are A4 like the PDF, but the PDF background is just white.

    Please advise.

    Hi Andy,

    Welcome to QSM Pro Support forum. Hope you are doing well.

    As we are not noticing this problem at our end. I request you can please share the website’s admin credentials with me. So that I can look into the issue. Also make sure to set the message as private before sharing the information.

    Hi Andy,

    I have received the admin credentials and I tried to login to the website but after logging it asked me to enter Authentication code.

    So, I wasn’t able to login to the website.

    Apologies for that, I have now disabled the auth code so you should be able to login.

    Hi Andy,

    On my staging website https://qsm-demo.expresstech.dev/quiz/certificate-test/

    I had installed current version of QSM and certificate to carry out the test.

    I am able to use your background image in a certificate.

    For example.

    https://qsm-demo.expresstech.dev/wp-content/plugins/qsm-certificate/certificates/1-7-10%253A11%253A03%2BAM%2B02%252F25%252F2020-1-100.pdf

    1) Please reduce the size of the image to half and try again, maybe it is because your server cannot handle large image.

    2) Please check for plugin or theme conflict.

    Hi Kriti,

    Just an update: I solved the problem in the end. The server had hotlink protection enabled, which someone else had set up previously.

    Once I changed the settings it all works fine. Just letting you know for future reference and if it happens to someone else.
