Hi
If Latex is used in the answers, the correct answer score not working. Also ‘your answer’ not showing, but ‘correct answer’ is showing in the results page.

Hi Eamon,

Welcome to Qsm Pro Support Forum. Hope you are doing well.

Please refer to this article for help: https://quizandsurveymaster.com/docs/about-quiz-survey-master/using-math-symbols-in-questions/

Use %correct_score% template variable to display correct score of the quiz. Please check if there are any empty spaces at the end of the answers.

Regards,
Kriti

Hi Kriti;

I am using %QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% on the results page.

On the text page I have the following: %QUESTION%
Answer Provided: %USER_ANSWER%
Correct Answer: %CORRECT_ANSWER%
On completing the quiz:

When the answer is in Latex, the %USER_ANSWER% is not showing but the %CORRECT_ANSWER% is showing in the Latex format.
Some answers are just text(no Latex) and the %USER_ANSWER% shows.
Please see attached screenshot.

Hi Kriti,
I have narrowed the problem down to %USER_ANSWER% doesn’t show only when using horizontal multiple choice.

Regards
Eamon
