Is it via Email or tawk or this Support Forum? But as I am seeing, there is no Support ticket that is left unanswered from our side, If it so please paste the link of that Support ticket here.
I just submitted quiz on your website with “Test” Name. On the results page, the questions for which I have given answers were recorded. You can also check out my result from the admin panel, whether it has recorded the responses given by me or not.
But to give you a proper resolution, it would be very helpful if you can provide us the admin credentials of your website. We have recorded your issue and would love to resolve it as soon as you give us the admin details.
