    I spend a long time, making a very intuitive survey, and I am so disappointed. I am getting error after error, but first, where is the database of responses? How do I export a .csv? I want to but some addons but not until I get this basic plugin to work. Please help.

    ALSO when I did a test, and clicked submit, I get the spinner and nothing else. its a 503 error. Please help, I spend way too long making this survery.

    Hello Julie,

    You can make a backup for you quiz easily with this extension: https://quizandsurveymaster.com/downloads/export-results/.

    Try disabling all other active plugins to rule out script conflict with one of them. To narrow down possible source the issue, try reactivating them one by one and rerun your test in a row. Also ensure you are running latest version of web browser.
