    I purchased the Import/Export Plugin, and it is absolutely not working for me. It says that it accepts my license key, but my account says that the license is not activated. Furthermore, it will not allow me to actually import my .json files. It continuously tells me there is an upload error.

    Hello Darcy,

    I will pass it to account manager. What is the email address you used to purchase? At this time, try removing it and save. Then re-enter it and save again.

    Ugh, this plugin is giving me a headache! License issues and import errors? Seriously?! I wish I could use some AI image extension tools to magically fix this. Hope they sort it out soon!
