    Hello,
    when a user enters his contact dates he types his email address correct with the “@” symbol. But after submitting his data the @-Symbol is disappeared from his email and it is gone away as well in the email sent to the admin and in the results-page. The quiz’s URL is https://ubeonline.de/quiz/gewinnspiel-ice-tigers/
    Please help!

    Please resolve this issue, I have the same problem over here.
    My customers don’t get an email because the @ disappeares in the mail address and I cannot send them a mail either…..

    Hello. Please advise whether the issue has been resolved. One of the recent quiz participants cannot get the email, even though the email “@” seems ok now. So, is there another problem?

    Hi Mieke. Thank you for providing the update. I have updated the plugin earlier today. However, one of the users still does not receive the email even though her email is accurately shown with @. So, I am wondering whether there is another problem?

    Hi Claudia,

    We have resolved this issue in the last update of the plugin. Right now, only one user is experiencing this issue. Please confirm with him that whether he has received the email in spam folder or not.

    Hi. Thanks again for the prompt response. I updated the plugin in the morning, and the user did the test in the afternoon. The user did confirm that there was nothing in her SPAM. Perhaps I will wait to see whether there are any other users with the same problem. Thank you.
