    After installing the plug-in for synchronization with google sheet the data is not sent. you are unable to complete the quiz. it remains loading.
    I need support asap

    Hi,

    Welcome to Qsm Pro Support Forum. Hope you are doing well.

    It seems like your web server takes too long to process the requests. May be that is why it keeps loading and doesn’t send the data to Google sheets.

    I suggest you to check the loading speed of your website using Google page insights tool. Follow the instructions it gives you to increase the loading speed of your website. Also you can check with your website server support team regarding the website’s speed.

    Please let me know whether this resolves the problem or not.
