    I created a survey and when I preview it from quiz and survey master it is perfect, (attached picture) However I copy the embed shortcode into Pop Up Maker Plugin and it removed the survey question and for some reason merges in the content, words and picture from my home page, (attached picture) I tried another pop up maker thinking it was that plug in but it did the same thing, so I believe its an issue with the quiz and survey master plugin. If this can be fixed I would love to use this plugin and will buy the pro verison/add on’s

    Hi,

    This problem is not with the QSM plugin. The pop up maker plugin is causing this issue. It is retrieving the data from the QSM as well as from the home page. I can try to remove the unwanted data using CSS if you share the URL of the webpage with me.

    I am using Elementor page builder and tried using their pop up feature and it still does not display the survey content correctly. I also tried Hustle pop up plug in and had the same error.
    It does display correctly when viewing as a separate web page https://www.preventwaterdamageandmold.com/quiz/water-damage-risk-assessment/
    But anytime it is going into any pop up maker it is not working correctly.
    I saw one of your pro features / add on’s is simple pop ups. Would it work correctly with that?

    My domain is http://www.PreventWaterDamageandMold.com I currently have the page coming soon visible, do you need me to remove that for you to be able to look into the code? Whats the easiest way for you to help me? Screen share? Thank You!

    I am also working with a wordpress support person and they looked into it and said “Elementor conflicts with your Quiz And Survey Master/Popup Maker combo. If you deactivate Elementor, the pop up then displays as intended. Since your pages are built with Elementor though, leaving the builder deactivated would not be ideal- in this case I would recommend to try another pop up plugin like Hustle.”

    (But as mentioned above I tried other pop up plug ins and have the same issue with all of them)

    It will because it isn’t merging code with another plugin.

    Hi purchased your add on bundle and tried the simple pop up, but it only pops up if the user clicks on the link. That defeats the purpose of a pop up. I want the survey/quiz to pop up automatically when someone visits the website. Can this be updated?
    When setting up a pop up… The “Open this pop up when…” (more options coming soon). The only option is “a user clicks on a link”

    I added more questions to my survey and in the pop up the quiz/survey master adds all the answer options correctly, but does not display the questions and instead incorrectly duplicates the content from my main home page. This is the main root issue that needs to be addressed.

    Hi,

    We did log in to take a look. As you are not using QSM – Simple Popups plugin and you are using a third party pop up plugin with QSM. We cannot make QSM work with third-party popup plugin.

    As you are complaining that QSM – Simple Popups plugin does not work for you because it does not auto popup and requires to click a link.

    We can put up a feature request on for auto popup feature in QSM – Simple Popups plugin.
