    We have 3 quizzes one of which works well and the other two the submit button doesn’t work when “live” but does work in preview mode?

    Hi Chris,

    Welcome to Qsm Pro Support Forum.

    As we are not experiencing this issue at our end, I suggest you to check for plugin conflict or theme conflict. To do this, disable all of the plugins at once and enable one by one by checking which one is causing the conflict. If this does not resolve the issue, change the website’s theme to another theme and check whether the issue is resolved or not.

    Please let me know, whether this resolves the issue or not. Otherwise, we will need the admin credentials of your website and the quizz’s URLs to look into the issue.

    I disabled all the plugins and reactivated them one by one. Turns out my caching plugin was interfering with how the conditional logic was handled — likely holding onto older versions of the quiz pages. After excluding the QSM pages from cache, the logic seems to behave much better!

    It reminded me a bit of playing Geometry Dash Lite — everything works perfectly until one small bug makes the whole level fall apart 😅.
