    If fixing the problem of disappearing plugins is a longer issue, can I get help in returning to the earlier version of the plugin?

    I have more than 40 quizzes which I would not like to lose, but I really need the plugin to work. I run a language school and in a few days I will be taking part in a conference showing the site to many fellow teachers.

    Disappearing questions, not plugins. The questions in the multiple-choice type of quiz do not show up.

    Any ideas? Guys, the click is ticking. You took the money, please try to help me?

    Can you send me the previous version of the plugin at least?

    Hi Mariusz,

    Welcome to Qsm Pro Support Forum. Sorry for delayed response as it was weekend.

    It seems like you are having either plugin or theme conflict. Next thing to do is to check for any plugin conflict or theme conflict. To do this, disable all of the plugins at once and enable them one by one by checking which one is causing the conflict. If this does not resolve the issue, change the website’s theme to another theme and check whether the issue is resolved or not.

    If this doesn’t resolve the issue then you can use “WP Rollback” plugin to revert to the previous version of the plugin. It would be very helpful if you can copy the current setup of your website to a staging website so that we can look into the issue if troubleshooting steps mentioned above doesn’t work.

    Please let me know regarding the same.

    That’s great. Mariusz. Do you want to get the issue resolved with fill in the blanks question type? If it is so, then we need the staging setup of your website with a copy of your website’s data and the current version of the plugin.
