    Hi Team,

    I have taken the premium bundle for $99. Prior to that, the quizzes were showing the results page properly but after adding the add-ons, the result page isn’t loading after submitting the quiz. The page just keeps on loading with a circular mark rotating on the top left corner. Attached is a screen shot of the same for reference. Can you please help with resolving this issue?

    Hello there,

    I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing this issue. To help check if there is script conflict with other plugins, try temporarily deactivate all other active plugins at once; and re-run your test. You may need to clear any applied cache before reloading your quiz.

    I had the same issue. After attempting to deactivate all the active plugins, it came down to the reCAPTCHA plugin that was actually causing the issue. So I deactivated reCAPTCHA plugin and the issue was resolved.

    Thanks for support. Yes, even I tried deactivating all plugins and the the reCaptcha plugin was the issue. I have deactivated it for now.

    I am sorry for the delay. I didn’t mean to. But I was getting a nasty eyes infection for couple of days. Would you allow me to check it directly from your site’s admin? If you don’t mind, use private reply to share the username and password along with URL to the login page (/wp-admin).

    We are happy to tell you that we have released QSM – reCAPTCHA version 1.0.1 and we have removed all the bugs you faced in the past.

    Also please update Quiz And Survey Master to version 6.3.4, if you are using older version.

    Sometimes, browser cache or cookies can interfere with the functioning of newly added add-ons. Try clearing your geometry dash odyssey browser cache and cookies to ensure that outdated files aren’t causing the issue.
