afitacParticipantI’ve created a quiz with a value for each of the responses.
However, when the user gets the results, the points do not add up correctly.
I tested extensively and on some questions, the answer value is not accounted. On the same question, to answers return a value and others not.
There is no apparent reason for this. There is always a number attached to the reply (no typing mistakes there).
Can you please let me know how to solve this?May 8, 2020 at 5:03 am #3679
Kriti SharmaKeymasterHi Afitac,
Welcome to Qsm Pro Support Forum. Hope you are having a great day.
Make sure that you are using this template variable %POINT_SCORE% on the results page so that the points add up correctly.
And if you are sure that you have done everything correctly then please share the admin credentials of your website with me so that I can have a look.

jh f sdfsParticipantIt sounds like you’re facing a tricky issue with your quiz scoring. Similarly, a Random Word Generator can be a useful tool in Word or quiz creation, helping generate placeholder text guide, test values, or random responses to check calculations and logic.

james charlesParticipantIt sounds like the issue with your quiz might be related to how the scoring logic handles multiple answers or certain question types. Even if every answer has a value assigned, some platforms don’t automatically sum values correctly for multiple-choice questions unless the question is explicitly set to “multiple answers allowed” or “sum values for all selected options.”
Double-check the quiz settings for each problematic question and ensure that:
The question type supports multiple selections if needed.
The platform’s scoring logic is set to add all selected answer values rather than just the first selection.
There are no hidden conditions or branching rules affecting scoring.
For testing and previewing the quiz, using a reliable tool or environment can help. Apps like rec tv indir can provide a stable interface to simulate user interactions and verify that scores calculate correctly across devices before publishing.

jh f sdfsParticipantIt sounds like you might be facing a data type mismatch or a caching issue where the system isn’t registering specific values. To fix this, first ensure that the “answer values” are set as numbers rather than text strings, as many quiz builders fail to calculate points if a stray space or character is present. You should also check if “logic jumps” are bypassing certain scoring triggers https://dk111.pk/ ; sometimes, skipping a question causes the points from previous answers to be dropped from the final tally.
