    TIMER ADD ON

    THIS HAS CAUSED MY ACCOUNT TO BE CHARGED TWICE FOR 1 ADD ON

    Hi Tshepiso,

    According to the billing team, we have received only 1 payment from your side regarding Timer addon. Please check the following screenshot. Another payment is of 0$ for Advanced Leaderboard addon.

    Please confirm do you still want to get refunded for the Timer addon. As we have only received 1 payment from your side so we won’t be able to refund you twice if you don’t wish to keep the addon.

    And as there is only 1 payment made and you also wish to keep the addon then we can’t process any refund in that case.

    Please let me know how do you want to proceed?
