    I purchased the add on for the daily limit but the plugin has too many conflicts on my site. Can I please get a refund? Thanks

    I have purchased a add on export result with a email connected to : greenintlupdaexamtraining.com

    I have attached the invoice details

    When I tried to login in to website and try to install, export results addon asking me to make payment again

    Kindly cancel this purchase and i will buy it again by login in to website admin panel

    Sure, we will refund you the amount but it is my request if you can create a separate support ticket mentioning the reason for your refund request. So that I can pass it to the billing team for further processing.

    Also, we would love to help you out with the issue you are experiencing at the moment. For this we only need the admin credentials of your website. Make sure to set the message as private before sharing the credentials.
