We are trying to change the logic on this quiz to display questions only if the user selects a specific response. However, no matter how I change the logic the quiz will not display questions relative to my conditional statements. Is this an error we can fix on our end, if so how? If this an error with the plugin can we get this fixed as soon as possible? Please see the instruction document attached to this message to use as an visual aid to solving our issues.

February 7, 2020 at 6:06 am #2238Kriti SharmaKeymasterHi,
Please give me some time to look at the issue. If I found any bug in the plugin , I will forward this to the development team.

We just want to know if there is an error with how we are setting up conditional statements or if there is a error on the entire plugin. Please review the original message and if you could respond within 24 hours that would be highly appreciated. Our client is expecting us to solve the issue with these quizzes in a timely fashion.
February 8, 2020 at 3:23 pm #2244Kriti SharmaKeymasterHi,
I saw the logic you have applied on the quiz. You have applied two conditions for one action and both conditions are applied on a single question with different options selected.
As you have selected multiple choice question type and they can have only have one answer to be selected. So please apply 1 condition for every logic.
Kind regards,
KritiFebruary 10, 2020 at 3:18 pm #2266[email protected]ParticipantSir, the question still appears as the next question regardless to removing the conditional statements.
Please let us know if your plugin cannot provide this, if not we will just find something else.
When the user selects a response that satisfies the conditional statement it will display the question included in the conditional statement. If the user does not satisfy this statement then the next question should show, NOT THE ONE IN THE CONDITIONAL STATEMENT.Example:
Question A: What is your favorite Color
Responses: A. Red B. Blue C. Green D. BrownQuestion B: What made you select this as your favorite color?
Response: Large Open AnswerQuestion C: What is your lucky number?
Responses: A. 7 B. 32 C. 1 D. 42When the user selects A as an response to Question A, Display Question B. If the User does not select A for question A then the next question should be Question C.
Please for your next response only let us know if your plugin can do this or if it cannot. Nothing else.
Thank you for your time.
February 10, 2020 at 10:09 pm #2271Kriti SharmaKeymasterHi,
When the user selects A as an response to Question A, Display Question B.
Our plugin can implement this part of the logic. But cannot implement the next part of it.
If the User does not select A for question A then the next question should be Question C.
