This behavior with questions disappearing or being overwritten sounds really frustrating — definitely something that needs clearer handling in QSM.
Better version control or confirmation before edits would help prevent unexpected data loss.
I’ve been sharing similar issues with my team via WA GB to compare what others are experiencing and find a solution faster.

Unlike professional 3D software, Paint 3D’s UWP sandbox architecture made it lightweight and stable for simple tasks but impossible to scale. DirectX 12’s restricted APIs prevented crashes but caused performance bottlenecks; the 2GB cache cap ensured reliability but guaranteed eventual failure; sandboxed file restrictions simplified usage but prevented plugin expansion. These design choices meant it launched in 3 seconds and never threatened system stability, but also meant it could never grow beyond its original scope, sealing its fate when Microsoft abandoned the touch-first ecosystem it was designed for. 3d paint

Sometimes questions disappear or get overwritten, which can confuse students and break the flow of learning. Clear organization really matters in academic spaces. Quran learning at an early age helps children build a strong moral and spiritual foundation. Structured lessons make it easier for kids to learn proper recitation and basic understanding. Many parents prefer quran classes for kids because they are designed to be engaging and age appropriate. Interactive teaching methods keep children motivated and consistent. Qualified teachers also focus on pronunciation, memorization, and Islamic manners. Overall, these classes support both learning and character development.
