QSM won’t pass email to ConvertKit

    We have purchased the ConvertKit add-on and configured it according to your instructions (ConvertKit API and Add-On License Key), however when it is enabled on a quiz, the contact information is not passed through to ConvertKit.

    In the settings, I found this piece of information:

    Log created at 2020-01-21 17:12:54: Error With ConvertKit API Call – Error from ConvertKit API: Missing parameter – Subscriber email is required

    This leads me to believe that QSM’s add-on is trying to use the incorrect syntax for the “email address.” It should be using {{ subscriber.email_address }} but may be using %USER_EMAIL% which is the syntax used within QSM.

    Please tell me what to do to get my contact information from quiz takers to pass through to ConvertKit.

    Hi Kim,

    I apologize for the inconvenience.

    We have resolved this bug in the latest version release of QSM (6.4.2)

    Please update your plugin to the latest version and let us know if it resolves the problem.
