    Hello,

    I hope you guys are safe! I have to problems and I hope u can help me with them.
    The first: after the update 6.4.7 the results page for users is all messed up. It used to show (version 6.4.5) only the answers given by the user (see first picture). When I update to 6.4.7 and above the resultpage shows answers provided, correct answer and comments entered (picture 2), even though the I set %QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% in the tekst tab to only show %QUESTION% and %USER_ANSWER%. I hoped it would be resolved in future updates. But now were on 6.4.12 and still no fix.

    The second problem: Is an extension of the first, because that also happened after installing update 6.4.7. In my text tab I changed the ‘Answer given’ to my native language Dutch (Gegeven antwoord). But after the update it only shows Answer given in the user result page, and not my custom translated text.

    To fix both problems I reverted to rolling back QSM to version 6.4.5. But that is suboptimal. Because I love the new features you guys come up with, so I would like to install updates in the future. I hope you can help me.

    Hi there,

    We recently released version 6.4.12 of our plugin. Please update your plugin to the same and let me know whether the issue is resolved or not.

    The problem stil persists in 6.4.12.

    Hi Jasper,

    As we aren’t experiencing this issue at our end, so please check for plugin conflict and theme conflict. To do this, disable all of the plugins all at once and enable one by one by checking which one is causing the conflict. If this does not resolve the issue, change the website’s theme to another theme and check whether the issue is resolved or not.

    If this doesn’t resolve the issue I request you to please share the admin credentials of your website so that we can look into the issue.

    Make sure to set the message as private before sharing the credentials.

    If the problem is occurring because of the theme then I would suggest you to please try changing your website’s theme.

    Please let me know if this resolves the issue or not. If the still persists then I will forward your issue to the development team and they will look into it to provide you the required solution.

    The problem persists even in the standard wordpress themes like twentytwenty. So if your development team would look into the issue, that would be great!

    Hi Jasper,

    I logged in to your website and look at the quizzes.

    The %QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% in user dashboard addon setting will use the Quiz -> Text tab -> %QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% text variable.

    In this case, almost all of the quizzes have wrong variable.

    Please see screen-shot taken from your website. There are missing percentage sign for questions and extra percentage sign for user_answer.

    It should be as follows. Do not leave any extra spacing.

    Hi Kriti,

    I find that very strange, because every quiz I open has the correct %QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% in the text option in all of the quizzes, see the picture I attached. And even so does that explain the miraculous appearance of the Answer given, Correct Answer and Comments Entered text in the front-end user dashboard? Because I tested a quiz with the correct percentages and they appear even though I haven’t filled in any of the text tabs in the above shown quiz. That shouldn’t happen right? The reason why i’m asking this, is because it only started to happen in update 6.4.7 and up.
