[email protected]ParticipantHi there,
For some reason the Certificate plugin was deleted after upgrading. I noticed that the folder path for the plugin had changed from
plugins/qsm-certificate-master
to
plugins/qsm-certificate-1.0.2
I had to upload the plugin folder via FTP to get it working again.
It’s fine now but I thought I should let you know. My Certificate settings were saved still, but for some reason the folder disappeared.
Many thanks.

james oliverParticipantThis usually happens when the full certificate chain isn’t installed correctly or the server is still pointing to old SSL files. Double-check the private key and intermediate certificates, then restart the service to apply changes. Clearing server cache can also help. I faced a similar situation while maintaining an education-focused website, and a simple checklist saved time. I keep brief notes on my workflow here: https://www.zahidmuzaffarkhan.com/
