    Hi guys,
just bought a couple of your Addons and I would like to show basic (numbered) results of a simple survey/poll, i.e. average (or a distribution metric) of all users’ answers for a question. I don’t want to test/quiz a single user against a pre-defined answer, I want to survey/poll multiple users and display the outcome. Do you provide any of these basic survey/poll features?
    What I tried:
    – I created a multiple choice based survey (you don’t have a simple Likert or other scaled question type (WHY?), so I have to use this workaround).
    – I defined seven answer options from 1 to 7 (and also set the points accordingly 1 to 7)
    – In the results page I tried all the options and variants of template variables (%AVERAGE_POINT%, %AVERAGE_CATEGORY_POINTS_X%, + all other fancy combinations of the words average, category, points, score, etc.) and ALL of them only display results of an INDIVIDUAL USER (i.e. the person responding) for a single question or across multiple questions (i.e. categories).
What I need is the average (or any other summary, distribution metric) across ALL USERS for a single question (or category).
The one template variable I found, is %POLL_RESULTS_X% – which does show a distribution, but a) it doesn’t even allow me to sort the answer order as in the original question (you automatically sort highest top – which is you try to replicate a 1-7 scale make no sense, as it it out of order). I looked for average, median, etc. metrics in vain.

I believe you guys are called quiz and survey master, so I kind a expected you to actually provide basic survey functions? i.e. Likert/matrix questions, polarity profiles, etc. as question types and average, median, etc. as results display?

Can you please help me how else I can solve this?
I am adding screenshot so you see the issue
    Cheers

    Hi Valentin,

I read your query very carefully. I apologize but QSM doesn’t fulfill the above feature requirements at the moment. I will forward it as the feature request to the development team and will keep you posted as soon as I hear back from them.

And if you need it on the urgent basis you can contact our developers at https://justhyre.com/get-a-quote/ for this custom based requirement.

    Kind regards,
    Kriti
