Hi, there is an option to include a comment field on a question (large or small). The text to be included in the comment field (which by default is “Comment”) can be configured on the Text tab.
A problem is that if the user does not enter anything then the system inserts the word “Comment” into the comments which is then displayed in the results output. Could the system use placeholder text instead of actual text, to ensure that the comments are blank if the user does not actually enter anything?
Or alternatively put a “Comments” label adjacent to the comment field to indicate that this is where comments should be entered – and then in the configuration we can delete the default text for the comment field?
If this is not currently possible could this be considered as a feature improvement?
